Sacarose

Sucrose, also known as table sugar, is a type of glucose formed by a glucose molecule and a fructose molecule produced by the plant in the process of photosynthesis. Starch, when digested, never becomes sucrose - it is always maltose. A sacarose, também conhecida como açúcar de mesa, é um tipo de glícido formado por uma molécula de glicose e uma de frutose produzida pela planta ao realizar o processo de fotossíntese. O amido, ao ser digerido, nunca passa a ser sacarose — ele passa sempre a ser maltose.
