Cha-Cha

Cha-Cha

Cha-Cha is a very fast, jerky dance in which the muscles of the abdomen and legs are used intensely. The abdomen is working at full capacity, as the movement of the hips is in the form of an eight-figure rhythm, similar to the rumba movement, but at a much faster pace. The frequent divisions and returns of choreography require the whole body and improve physical balance. During this dance, the inner thigh muscles are intensely working, as the predominant cha-cha movement is made up of left-right or front-to-back chassis. The spikes run quickly, with their right back straight, to keep the spindle upright during rotation. The effort made to practice cha-cha helps to achieve a firm muscularity, because during the dance, the joints are strongly demanded, but with time, their mobility increases, they become stronger and more elastic.
