Antonomassia, antonomasia - a path, expressed in the replacement of the name or name by indicating any significant feature of the object or its relation to anything. Latin for its origin is the name for the same poetic path or, in a different perspective, a rhetorical figure - a pronunciation. Антономаси́я, антономазия  — троп, выражающийся в замене названия или имени указанием какой-нибудь существенной особенности предмета или отношения его к чему-либо. Латинское по происхождению название для того же поэтического тропа или, в иной перспективе, риторической фигуре, — прономина́ция.
