La Unión de Radiodifusión, Entretenimiento, Cinematografía y Teatro es un sindicato en el Reino Unido. Tiene alrededor de 25.000 miembros que trabajan en radiodifusión, cine, teatro, entretenimiento, ocio y medios interactivos. BECTU fue fundada en 1991 con la fusión de la Asociación de Televisión Cinematográfica y Técnicos Aliados y la Alianza de Radiodifusión y Entretenimiento, cuya historia se remonta a 1890. En julio de 1995, la Film Artists Association, fundada en 1927 como El sindicato de extras cinematográficos se fusionó para convertirse en una subdivisión de BECTU. BECTU es financiado enteramente por suscripciones individuales de miembros.
