Una censura / sɛnʃər / es una expresión de fuerte desaprobación o de duras críticas. Entre las formas que puede tomar son una severa reprensión por una legislatura, un castigo espiritual impuesto por una iglesia, o un juicio negativo pronunciado sobre una proposición teológica. A censure /ˈsɛnʃər/ is an expression of strong disapproval or harsh criticism. Among the forms that it can take are a stern rebuke by a legislature, a spiritual penalty imposed by a church, or a negative judgment pronounced on a theological proposition.
