La fotografía Kirlian es una colección de técnicas fotográficas utilizadas para captar el fenómeno de las descargas eléctricas coronales. Se nombra después de Semyon Kirlian, que en 1939 descubrió accidentalmente que si un objeto en una placa fotográfica se conecta a una fuente de alto voltaje, una imagen se produce en la placa fotográfica. La técnica ha sido conocida como "electrografía", "electrofotografía", "descarga de corona", "bioelectrografía", "visualización de descarga de gas", "imagen electrofotónica" y, en la literatura rusa, "Kirlianografía". La fotografía de Kirlian ha sido el tema de la investigación científica principal, de la investigación de la parapsicología y del arte. En gran medida, ha sido co-optado por promotores de la pseudociencia, la ciencia de la franja y las afirmaciones paranormales de salud en libros, revistas, talleres y sitios web.
