La primera definición de alquiler en el diccionario es un pago hecho periódicamente por un inquilino a un propietario o propietario por la ocupación o el uso de la tierra, edificios o por un usuario para el uso de otra propiedad, como un teléfono. Otra definición de renta es la parte del ingreso nacional que se devenga a los propietarios de tierras y bienes inmuebles. El alquiler es también el rendimiento derivado del cultivo de la tierra en exceso de los costos de producción.

The first definition of rent in the dictionary is a payment made periodically by a tenant to a landlord or owner for the occupation or use of land, buildings, or by a user for the use of other property, such as a telephone. Other definition of rent is that portion of the national income accruing to owners of land and real property. Rent is also the return derived from the cultivation of land in excess of production costs.
