एक नया संप्रदाय जिसमें एक मात्र ब्रह्म की ही उपासना की
जाती है ।
विशेष—अँगरेजी राज्य के आरंभ में जब ईसाई उपदेशक एक
ईश्वर की उपासना के उपदेश द्वारा नवशिक्षितों को आकर्षित
कर रहे थे, उस समय राजा राममोहन राय ने उपनिषद् में
प्रतिपादित अद्वैत ब्रह्म की उपासना पर जोर दिया जिससे
बहुत से हिंदू ईसाई न होकर उनके संप्रदाय में आ गए । इसे
'ब्राह्मधर्म' भी कहते हैं । इसका उपासनास्थल 'ब्राह्ममंदिर'
कहा जाता है ओर इन म/?/ दीक्षित 'ब्राह्मसमाजी' कहे
जाते हैं ।
