En tant que humanoïde, les formes de vie et les machines à l'apparence humaine ou humaine sont classées dans la science-fiction. Les humanoïdes se caractérisent, entre autres, par le fait qu'ils utilisent principalement une démarche verticale sur deux jambes pour le mouvement qui, contrairement aux évidences, est plié vers l'avant par l'intermédiaire d'un joint. En outre, ils ont toujours un torse en tant qu'élément central, sur lequel se trouvent les deux jambes, au moins une tête et des bras et dont la structure squelettique générale correspond en grande partie à celle d'un être humain. L'attribut humanoïde est un produit de la littérature de science-fiction. Contrairement aux humanoïdes, tous les êtres humains étaient considérés comme des hominidés pendant le développement de la race humaine. Au fil du temps, des êtres humains et des êtres humains se trouvaient encore dans deux familles différentes.

Des Weiteren besitzen sie immer einen Torso als zentrales Element, an dem sich die zwei Beine, mindestens ein Kopf und Arme befinden und deren allgemeine Skelettstruktur weitestgehend der eines Menschen entspricht. Das Attribut humanoid ist ein Produkt der Science-Fiction-Literatur. Im Gegensatz zu Humanoide bezeichnete man bei dessen Wortbildung alle entwicklungsgeschichtlich zu den Menschen gehörenden Arten als Hominide, in der Zeit als Menschen und Menschenaffen noch in zwei unterschiedlichen Familien geführt wurden.
