Percale
Percale ou Percalcos est un tissu tissé à tisser étroit souvent utilisé pour les couvre-lits. Le terme décrit le tissage du tissu, pas son contenu, donc la percale pourrait être un mélange de 50% de coton et 50% de polyester, 100% coton ou un mélange d'autres tissus dans n'importe quel rapport. Un tissage de percale a un nombre de threads d'environ 200 ou plus, et est nettement plus serré que le type standard de tissage utilisé pour les draps. Il a un poids moyen, est ferme et lisse sans brillant, et s'interface et lave très bien. Il est fabriqué à partir de fils à la fois cardés et peignés. Les tissus à percussion sont fabriqués en couleurs solides et en motifs imprimés. La finition du tissu est indépendante de son armure, de sorte qu'il peut être imprimé ou non imprimé.
