FRÍGE vb. III. Dans la gastronomie, une façon de préparer, en particulier la viande et d'autres aliments, par exposition directe au rayonnement calorique, de diverses manières: dans la friture = morceaux de nourriture ou un animal entier sont infectés sur une baguette en bois ou en métal; au proft = sur un bord soutenu par deux grues; au grill = sur une grille au-dessus des charbons ardents, sur une flamme de gaz ou sur un gril électrique; certains aliments peuvent être frits directement sur le pot, et la viande peut être rôtie dans le four, ce qui est techniquement une cuisson. FRÍGE vb. III. În gastronomie, mod de a prepara, în special carne, dar și alte alimente, prin expunere directă la radiații calorice, în diverse feluri: la frigare = bucăți de alimente sau un animal întreg sunt infipte pe o vergea de lemn sau de metal; la proțap = pe o vergea sprijinită de două crăcane; la grătar = pe un grătar deasupra unor cărbuni încinși, la flacără de gaz sau pe un grătar electric; anumite alimente pot fi fripte direct pe jar, iar din carne se poate face friptură la cuptor, aceasta fiind din punct de vedere tehnic, de fapt, o coacere.
