Monopolizzazione
Nella legge antitrust degli Stati Uniti, la monopolizzazione è un reato e le principali categorie di comportamenti proibiti includono la trattazione esclusiva, la discriminazione dei prezzi, il rifiuto di fornire un impianto essenziale, il legame dei prodotti e il prezzo delle predazioni.
