Sonar
Sonar è una tecnica che utilizza la propagazione del suono per navigare, comunicare o rilevare oggetti su o sotto la superficie dell'acqua, come ad esempio altre navi. Due tipi di tecnologia condividono il nome "sonar": il sonar passivo sta ascoltando essenzialmente il suono prodotto dalle navi; Il sonar attivo emette pulsazioni di suoni e ascolta gli echi.
