Dalam linguistik, lenisi adalah sejenis perubahan bunyi yang mengubah konsonan, menjadikannya lebih menonjol. Kata lenisi itu sendiri bermaksud "melembutkan" atau "lemah". Pembangkang boleh berlaku secara serentak dan diakronik. Lenisi boleh melibatkan perubahan seperti membuat konsonan lebih menonjol, menyebabkan konsonan kehilangan artikulasi, atau bahkan menyebabkan konsonan hilang sepenuhnya.
