Macaw
Macaw adalah ekor panjang, sering berwarna warni New World. Daripada banyak genus Psittacidae, enam diklasifikasikan sebagai macaws: Ara, Anodorhynchus, Cyanopsitta, Primolius, Orthopsittaca, dan Diopsittaca. Sebelum ini, ahli genus Primolius diletakkan di Propyrrhura, tetapi yang pertama adalah betul mengikut peraturan ICZN. Macaw adalah asli Amerika Tengah, Amerika Selatan, dan dahulunya Caribbean.
