Hamburger adalah sejenis hidangan sandwic yang terdiri daripada daging burger yang dimasak sama ada digoreng, dikukus, dipanggang atau disalai, serta selalunya dihidangkan dengan pelbagai inti atau "topping" di dalam roti burger yang dibelah dua. Selalunya daging burger diperbuat daripada daging lembu, melainkan jika dinyatakan sebaliknya. Hamburger juga merujuk kepada daging burger yang dimasak itu sendiri. Perkataan
hamburger berasal daripada bandar bernama Hamburg dan bukannya merujuk kepada daging khinzir.
