Previsível é, na lógica escolar, um termo aplicado a uma classificação das possíveis relações em que um predicado pode suportar o seu assunto. Não se confunde com 'praedicamenta', o termo dos escolásticos para as dez categorias de Aristóteles. A lista fornecida pelos escolares e geralmente adotada pelos lógicos modernos baseia-se na classificação cinco vezes original dada por Aristóteles: definição, gênero, diferenciação, propriedade, acidente. A classificação escolástica, obtida da versão latina de Boëthius da Isagogia de Porfírio, modificou Aristóteles ao substituir a espécie por definição. Ambas as classificações são de universais, conceitos ou termos gerais, sendo excluídos os nomes próprios. Existe, no entanto, uma diferença radical entre os dois sistemas. O ponto de vista da classificação aristotélica é a predição de um universal em relação a outro.
