Dim sum, Çin çayıyla servis edilen hafifçe müshil bir tabak olan Çin mutfağının bir türüdür. Yum cha, özellikle çağdaş Kanton dilinde yemek deneyimini tanımlamak için kullanılan bir terimdir.
