Лізинг - це операція, comercialǎ за яким одна сторона називається орендодавець / фінансує, передає іншій стороні, орендар / користувач, на їхнє прохання, сильний проти періодичного платежу, який називається ставка лізингу, право використання майна, власник якого залишається на певний проміжок часу. Протягом усього строку дії договору, що не менше 12 місяців відповідно до закону, лізингова компанія залишається власником об'єкта, що підлягає оренді. Відповідно до закону лізингові операції класифікуються як фінансовий лізинг та операційна оренда. У випадку фінансового лізингу, вирахування здійснюється за амортизацією та ставками оренди. Залишкова вартість становить 20%. У цьому випадку амортизація здійснюється користувачеві, що залишається у власності лізингової компанії. Лізингова компанія повинна чітко передбачити оренду варіант купівлі. У випадку фінансового лізингу користувач заволодіє майном після того, як залишкова вартість була сплачена.
