হ্যালোজেন বা হ্যালোজেন উপাদানগুলি পর্যায়ক্রমিক টেবিলে একটি গ্রুপ হয় যা পাঁচটি রাসায়নিকভাবে সম্পর্কিত উপাদানের সমন্বয়ে গঠিত: ফ্লোরাইন, ক্লোরিন, ব্রোমাইন, আইডাইন, এবং অস্ট্যাটাইন। কৃত্রিমভাবে তৈরি উপাদান 117 এছাড়াও একটি হ্যালোজেন হতে পারে। আধুনিক IUPAC নামকরণের মধ্যে, এই গ্রুপটি গ্রুপ 17 নামে পরিচিত। হ্যালোজেনের গ্রুপ হল একমাত্র পর্যায়ক্রমিক সারণি গোষ্ঠী যা সাধারণ তাপমাত্রা এবং চাপের ক্ষেত্রে তিনটি পরিচিত অবস্থার উপাদানগুলির মধ্যে উপাদানগুলি রয়েছে। হ্যালোজেন সব বন্ধন যখন অ্যাসিড গঠন অধিকাংশ হ্যালোজেন সাধারণত খনিজ বা লবণ থেকে উত্পাদিত হয়। মাঝারি হ্যালোজেন, যে, ক্লোরিন, ব্রোমিন এবং আয়োডিন, প্রায়ই ডিস্কফেক্টেন্টস হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। হ্যালোজেনগুলি সবগুলি বিষাক্ত।
