ম্যাকুয়াম বা ম্যাকুয়াম লুটায় একটি চক্ষুবিশিষ্ট আকৃতির উচ্চ রঙ্গকযুক্ত হলুদ স্প্লাইন, যা মানুষের চোখের রেটিনা কেন্দ্রের কাছে অবস্থিত। এর প্রায় 6 মিমি ব্যাস রয়েছে এবং বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে হেমস্ট্রোলিকভাবে সংশ্লেষিত হয় যে, গ্যাংলিয়ন কোষগুলির দুই বা ততোধিক স্তর রয়েছে। তার কেন্দ্রস্থল কাছাকাছি, fovea, একটি ছোট গিট যা চোখের মধ্যে শঙ্কু কোষের বৃহত্তম ঘনত্ব রয়েছে এবং কেন্দ্রিয়, উচ্চ রেজল্যুশন দৃষ্টি জন্য দায়ী। ম্যাকুয়ামে পারফবতা এবং পেরিফোটাও রয়েছে।
