ওসকো-উমব্রিয়ান একদা সাবেলিয়ান ইন্দো-ইউরোপীয় ভাষার ইটালিক ভাষা পরিবারের ভাষার একটি গ্রুপ। রোমানদের শক্তি বৃদ্ধি হিসাবে লাতিন তাদের পরিবর্তে আগে তারা কেন্দ্রীয় এবং দক্ষিণ ইতালিতে কথিত হয়। মূলত ওসকান ও উমব্রিয়ানের শিলালিপিগুলির মাধ্যমে তারা প্রায় এককভাবে পরিচিত, যদিও ল্যাটিন ভাষায় কিছু ওসকো-উমব্রিয়ান লরেন্সও রয়েছে।
