প্রক্রিয়াকরণ হচ্ছে যত্নের কাজ, তাই ব্যবস্থাপনা, দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত সংস্থা, সংস্থা। শব্দটি একটি কর্তনকারী, বা এজেন্টের কাছে প্রেরিত কর্তৃপক্ষ বা ক্ষমতার উপর প্রয়োগ করা হয় এবং একই সাথে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিকভাবে প্রকাশ করা হয় এমন কর্তৃপক্ষের ব্যবহার, অথবা প্রতি পৃষ্ঠায়, অথবা কেবল পি.পি. প্রতি procuration এর সাধারণ ব্যবহার ব্যবসায়ের চিঠিতে ঘটে, যা প্রায়ই অন্য ব্যক্তির পক্ষে সাইন করে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, একজন সচিবকে একটি কোম্পানির সভাপতির পক্ষ থেকে একটি চিঠি সাইন করার জন্য অনুমতি দেওয়া হলে স্বাক্ষরটি ফর্মটি গ্রহণ করে: p.p. সচিবের স্বাক্ষর রাষ্ট্রপতির নাম বা রাষ্ট্রপতির নাম পি। পি। সচিবের স্বাক্ষর সাধারণত প্রচলিত পদ্ধতিতে ব্যবহার করা হয়: সচিবের স্বাক্ষর p.p. রাষ্ট্রপতির নাম সঠিক ব্যবহার কিছু বিতর্ক বিষয়। এটি উভয় "এজেন্সি" এবং "পক্ষে" এর মাধ্যমে বোঝা যায়। এই কারণটি হল যে অচেনা ইংরেজী নামগুলির সাথে ব্যবহার করা হলে অভিসম্পাদনের অর্থটি অস্পষ্ট। পদ্ধতিটি "প্রো" এবং "কুরা" শব্দগুলির সাথে সম্পর্কিত। এইভাবে "এজেন্সি" অর্থের মধ্যে বন্ধ রয়েছে - কারও কারও কারও কারও কারও
