Cestui que / sɛstwi keɪ /, auch cestuy que, ist eine verkürzte Version von cestui a que use le feoffment fuit fait, buchstäblich "Die Person, für deren Verwendung die Feoffment gemacht wurde." Es ist ein Gesetz Französisch Phrase der mittelalterlichen englischen Erfindung, die in den gesetzlichen Phrasen erscheint cestui que Vertrauen, cestui que verwenden, oder cestui que vie. In der zeitgenössischen englischen Sprache ist die Phrase auch allgemein ausgesprochen "Setty-Kay" oder "Sesty-Kay". Nach Roebuck, Cestui que Verwendung wird ausgesprochen "Siedlung yuce". Cestui que Gebrauch und cestui que Vertrauen sind mehr oder weniger austauschbare Begriffe. In einigen mittelalterlichen Materialien wird die Phrase als cestui a que gesehen. Die cestui que Verwendung ist die Person, für deren Nutzen das Vertrauen erstellt wird. Die cestui que vertrauen ist die berechtigte berechtigte, im Gegensatz zu einem juristischen, nachlass. So, wenn Land für die Verwendung von A in Vertrauen für B gewährt wird, ist A cestui que Vertrauen und B Treuhänder oder verwenden. Der Begriff, hauptsächlich wegen seiner mühsamen Natur, wurde im modernen Gesetz durch den "Begünstigten" und das allgemeine Gesetz der Trusts praktisch ersetzt.
