Commodus
Commodus, war römischer Kaiser von 180 bis 192. Er regierte auch als Mitkaiser mit seinem Vater Marcus Aurelius von 177 bis zu seinem Vaters Tod im Jahr 180. Sein Beitritt als Kaiser war das erste Mal, dass ein Sohn seinem Vater gelungen war, seit Titus Vespasian folgte 79. Er war auch der erste Kaiser, der sowohl Vater als auch Großvater als die beiden vorangegangenen Kaiser hatte. Commodus war der erste Kaiser, der im Purpur geboren wurde, d.h. während der Herrschaft seines Vaters. Commodus wurde 192 ermordet.
