Deckung von Krankheit oder Dourin (Französisch, aus der arabischen Darina, was bedeutet, Mangy (sagte eines weiblichen Kamels), weiblich von darin, was bedeutet, schmutzig), ist eine Krankheit von Pferden und anderen Mitgliedern der Familie Equiden. Die Krankheit wird durch Trypanosoma equiperdum verursacht, das zu einer wichtigen Gattung parasitischer Protozoen gehört und ist das einzige Glied der Gattung, das sich durch den Geschlechtsverkehr verbreitet. Das Auftreten von Dourin ist in der Europäischen Union nach den Rechtsvorschriften der OIE meldepflichtig. Es gibt derzeit keine Impfung und obwohl klinische Zeichen behandelt werden können, gibt es keine Heilung.
