Furosemid
Furosemid oder Frusemid ist ein Schleifendiuretikum, das bei der Behandlung von kongestiver Herzinsuffizienz und Ödeme verwendet wird. Es wird am häufigsten von Sanofi unter dem Markennamen Lasix vermarktet, und auch unter den Markennamen Fusid und Frumex. Es wurde auch verwendet, um zu verhindern, dass Thoroughbred und Standardbred Rennpferde während der Rennen durch die Nase bluten.
