Trastuzumab
Trastuzumab ist ein monoklonaler Antikörper, der den HER2 / neu-Rezeptor stört. Seine Hauptnutzung ist, bestimmte Brustkrebs zu behandeln. Die HER-Rezeptoren sind Proteine, die in die Zellmembran eingebettet sind und molekulare Signale von außerhalb der Zelle in die Zelle übertragen und Gene ein- und ausschalten. Die HER-Proteine stimulieren die Zellproliferation. Bei einigen Krebsarten, vor allem bei bestimmten Arten von Brustkrebs, ist HER2 überexprimiert und verursacht Krebszellen unkontrolliert zu reproduzieren. Die ursprünglichen Studien von Trastuzumab zeigten, dass es das Gesamtüberleben im Spätstadium Brustkrebs von 20,3 bis 25,1 Monate verbessert. Im Frühstadium Brustkrebs, reduziert es das Risiko von Krebs Rückkehr nach der Operation durch ein absolutes Risiko von 9,5%, und das Risiko des Todes durch ein absolutes Risiko von 3% erhöht jedoch ernsthafte Herzprobleme durch ein absolutes Risiko von 2,1%, die lösen können Wenn die Behandlung gestoppt wird.
