Überempfindlich ist das zweite Album der fünfköpfigen Musikgruppe Ghost Machine. Das Album wurde am 21. November 2006 über Corporate Punishment Records veröffentlicht. Die ursprüngliche Track-Auflistung des Albums, die auf solchen Seiten wie Amazon.com und Allmusic gezeigt wurde, war identisch mit der ihres selbstbetitelten Debütalbums Ghost Machine. Allerdings gibt es tatsächlich zehn neue Tracks und die älteren Tracks wurden leicht überarbeitet.
