Klinisch wird die Diagnose eines bestimmten Hautzustandes durch das Sammeln von relevanten Informationen über die präsentierende Hautläsion einschließlich des Ortes, der Symptome, der Dauer, der Anordnung, der Morphologie und der Farbe gemacht.
