Nominalisierung

In der Linguistik ist die Nominalisierung oder Nominalisierung die Verwendung eines Verbes, eines Adjektivs oder eines Adverb als Kopf einer Nominalphrase mit oder ohne morphologische Transformation. Der Begriff kann sich auch speziell auf den Prozess der Herstellung eines Substantivs aus einem anderen Teil der Sprache über die Addition von Derivat-Affixen beziehen. Nominalisierung geschieht in Sprachen auf der ganzen Welt. Einige Sprachen erlauben es einfach, Verben als Substantive zu verwenden, während andere irgendeine Form von morphologischer Transformation erfordern. Englisch hat Fälle von beiden.
