Die afrikanische und madagassische Union (AMU) (französisch: Union Africaine et Malgache (UAM)) war eine zwischenstaatliche Organisation, die geschaffen wurde, um die Zusammenarbeit zwischen ehemaligen französischen Kolonien in Afrika zu fördern. Die Organisation leitet ihren Namen von dem Namen des Kontinents von Afrika und von der ehemaligen madagassischen Republik, jetzt Madagaskar. Die Organisation wurde 1985 verstorben.
