Ein PIN-Pad oder PIN-Eingabegerät ist ein elektronisches Gerät, das in einer Debit-, Kredit- oder Smartcard-basierten Transaktion verwendet wird, um die persönliche Identifikationsnummer des Karteninhabers zu akzeptieren und zu verschlüsseln.
