Das spätere Stadium einer Ursache verlangt, daß der Postulator in Rom wohnt, was auch die Zuordnung der Rolle des Postulators zu einem solchen Postulator-General begünstigt, da die meisten religiösen Orden ihr Hauptquartier in Rom behalten.
