Potometer
Ein Potometer, das manchmal als Transporator bekannt ist, ist ein Gerät, das zur Messung der Wasseraufnahme eines Blattschusses verwendet wird. Die Ursachen der Wasseraufnahme sind Photosynthese und Transpiration. Alles muss ganz wasserdicht sein, damit kein Wasserverlust auftritt. Es gibt zwei Haupttypen von Potometern - das Blasenkeramometer und das Massenkopometer. Das Massenkopometer besteht aus einer Pflanze, deren Wurzel in einem Becher untergetaucht ist. Dieser Becher wird dann auf eine digitale Waage gestellt; Es können Messungen vorgenommen werden, um die von der Pflanze verlorene Wassermenge zu bestimmen. Der Massenthermometer misst das durch die Transpiration der Pflanze verlorene Wasser und nicht das von der Pflanze aufgenommene Wasser. ▪ Ein Potometer ist ein Gerät, das verwendet wird, um die Geschwindigkeit des Wasserverlusts von einer Pflanze zu messen. Die Geschwindigkeit der Transpiration kann auf zwei Arten geschätzt werden: 1) Indirekt - durch Messung der Distanz fällt der Wasserstand im Messrohr über eine gemessene Zeitdauer ab. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass dies auf das Schneiden unter Wasser zurückzuführen ist, was wiederum notwendig ist, um ein gleiches Volumen an Wasser zu ersetzen, das durch Transpiration verloren geht.
