Sauerampfer-Suppe
Sauerampfer-Suppe ist eine Suppe aus Wasser oder Brühe, Sauerampferblätter und Salz. Weitere mögliche Zutaten sind Eigelb oder ganze Eier, Kartoffeln, Karotten, Petersilienwurzel und Reis. Es kann heiß oder kalt serviert werden und ist meist mit saurer Sahne garniert. Es ist in russischer, polnischer, ukrainischer, litauischer, lettischer und osteuropäischer jüdischer Küche bekannt.
