Telearbeit
Telearbeit, Fernarbeit oder Telearbeit ist eine Arbeitsvereinbarung, bei der die Mitarbeiter nicht zu einem zentralen Arbeitsplatz pendeln. Eine Person, die telecommutes ist bekannt als "telecommuter", "teleworker", und manchmal als "home-sourced" oder "work-at-home" Mitarbeiter. Viele Telearbeiter arbeiten von zu Hause aus, während andere, manchmal auch "Nomadenarbeiter" genannt, die mobile Telekommunikationstechnologie nutzen, um von Cafés oder anderen Orten zu arbeiten.
