विशेष—इस रोग में शरीर के चमड़े के ऊपर सफेद दाग पड़
जाते हैं । यह रुधिर, मांस और भेद में रहता है । अन्य प्रकार के कुष्ठों की तरह यह पकता, बहता और पीड़ा नहीं करता ।
जिसमें केश सफेद न हुए हों तथा जिसमें दाग परस्पर मिलकर
एक न हो गए हों, वह साध्य है ।
