Actin Es ist ein Protein, das Muskeln bildet und eines der grundlegenden Materialien von Myosin und Muskelkontraktionssystem ist. Es wurde gefunden, dass die Kontraktion auftritt, wenn ein neues Protein zu ATP hinzugefügt wird, jedoch keine Kontraktion von Myosin aufgrund der Zugabe von ATP, und dieses neue Protein wurde Actin in dem Sinne genannt, dass es Myosin als Aktin aktiviert. 액틴
근육을 구성하는 단백질로 미오신과 함께 근수축계(筋收縮系)의 기본을 이루는 물질의 하나이다. ATP만을 가해서 미오신의 수축이 일어나지 않고, 여기에 새로운 단백질을 가했을 때 비로서 수축이 일어나는 것을 발견하였는데, 이 새로운 단백질이 액틴으로서, 미오신에 활성을 준다는 뜻에서 액틴이라고 명명되었다.
