Hämoglobin
Hämoglobin ist ein Protein, das Sauerstoff in roten Blutkörperchen transportiert. Es ist rötlich und enthält Eisen. Hämoglobin hat die Eigenschaft, dass es gut an Sauerstoff in den Lungen bindet, wo Sauerstoff hoch ist und entfernt leicht den anhaftenden Sauerstoff an Orten, wo Sauerstoff niedrig ist.
