Rachen Candidiasis Candida, die auf oralen oder pharyngealen Pharyngitis basiert, verursacht chronische Ulzerationen, die durch die langfristige Verwendung von Antibiotika verursacht wird, und wird nicht durch verschiedene Behandlungen geheilt. Anfänglich erscheint es als bleiches Rindergeschwür, das mit einem dicken, gelblich-weißen Film bedeckt ist, der sich allmählich ausdehnt. Der Krankheitsverlauf kann mehrere Monate bis mehrere Jahre dauern, kann aber zu einer allgemeinen Schwäche führen. Symptomatisches Symptom ist der Grad der Blinddarmentzündung, und es ist schwierig, durch Symptome allein zu diagnostizieren und es ist notwendig, pathologisches Gewebe zu diagnostizieren und die Bakterien zu identifizieren. 인두칸디다증 본래는 구강이나 인두에 상재하는 칸디다가 항생물질의 장기복용 등에 의해 병원성을 일으켜 여러 치료에도 낫지 않는 만성의 궤양을 일으키게 된 것. 초기에는 황백색의 두터운 막으로 뒤덮인 옅은 소궤양으로 나타나는데 차츰 확대한다. 경과는 수개월~수년으로 자연치료되기도 하는데 전신쇠약을 가져오는 수도 있다. 자각증상은 가법게 연하통이 있는 정도이며, 증상만으로는 진단이 곤란하고 병리조직진단이나 균의 동정(同定)이 필요하게 된다.
