Phosphorylierung Viele Stoffwechselregulationen werden durch Phosphorylierung und Dephosphorylierung des geschwindigkeitsbestimmenden Enzyms des Stoffwechselsystems durchgeführt. Die Phosphorylierung ist hauptsächlich phosphoryliertes Serin oder Threonin des Enzyms und die Dephosphorylierung wird durch Hydrolyse durchgeführt. Zum Beispiel wird eine Phospholipase, die den Abbau von Glykogen katalysiert, durch Oxidation aktiviert. Viele Phosphorylierungen sind eng mit intrazellulären c-AMP- und Ca2 + -Konzentrationen verwandt. 인산화 많은 대사조절은 그 대사계의 율속효소의 인산화, 탈인산화에 의해서 행하여지고 있다. 인산화는 주로 효소의 세린이나 트레오닌이 인산화되고, 탈인산화는 가수분해에 의해 행하여진다. 예를 들면 글리코겐분해를 촉매하는 포스폴리라아제는 산화에 의해 활성형이 된다. 많은 인산화는 세포내의 c-AMP나 Ca2+ 농도와는 밀접한 관계가 있다.
