Chloramphenicol Chloramphenicol ist eine antibiotische Substanz, der es gelungen ist, nadel- oder plättchenförmige Kristalle mit geruchlosem, bitterem Geschmack zu synthetisieren. Es wurde gezeigt, dass es auf grampositive, negative Sphäre, Bacillus, Leptospira, Ricecia und große Viren mit einem breiten Spektrum an antimikrobieller Aktivität wirkt.Das Problem der Resistenz gegenüber Darmbakterien, insbesondereDysenterie Darüber hinaus wurden unerwünschte Wirkungen (neonatales graues Syndrom und insbesondere hämatopoetische Störungen) zum Problem. Es hat jedoch eine bemerkenswerte Wirkung auf Typhus, Hautausschlag, Zeckenkrankheit, Typhus und Paratyphus. In anderen Fällen ist Vorsicht geboten. Produktname ist Chlormycetin. 클로람페니콜 클로람페니콜은 무취, 고미(苦味)를 지닌 침상(針狀) 또는 판상결정(板狀結晶)의 합성에 성공한 항생물질이다. 광역의 항균작용을 지니고 그람양성, 음성구(陰性球), 간균, 렙토스피라, 리케치아, 대형바이러스에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 해서 등장했는데 해마다 사용에 따른 장내세균군, 특히 이질균에 대한 내성출현이 문제가 되고 더욱이 부작용(신생아기의 회색증후군과 특히 조혈장애)이 문제가 되었다. 다만 발진티푸스, 발진열, 털진드기병, 장티푸스, 파라티푸스에는 두드러진 효과를 나타낸다. 이 이외의 경우는 주의를 요한다. 상품명은 클로로마이세틴.
