Schleifendiuretikum Ein Diuretikum, das hauptsächlich am Henle-Ring wirkt. Methacrylsäure, Propamid, Ethacrynsäure und Bumetanid. Unterdrückung der Reabsorption von Na und CI im oberen Winkel (oberer Winkel). Mit anderen Worten, die Urinkonzentration, der Verdünnungsmechanismus wird unterdrückt, und der osmotische Gradient, der in der Hirnrinde aus der Wasserqualität besteht, geht verloren. Es gibt auch eine gewisse Hemmung der Na-Reabsorption im proximalen Tubulus. Es zeigt auch blutdrucksenkende Wirkungen wie Diazide. Starkes Diuretikum, schneller Wirkungseintritt und kurze Dauer. Akutes Lungenödem, kongestives Herzversagen, akutes Nierenversagen oder chronisches Nierenversagen, bei dem Saiazid nicht wirkt. Es gibt nur wenige direkte Nebenwirkungen, aber die Aufmerksamkeit wird auf die Entwässerung aufgrund der starken diuretischen Wirkung oder des Elektrolythaushalts gelenkt. 루프이뇨제 주로 헨레씨고리에 작용하는 이뇨제. 프로세미드, 에타크린산, 부메타니드가 있다. 상행각(上行角)에서 Na 및 CI의 재흡수를 억제한다. 즉 요의 농축, 희석기구를 억제하고 피질에서 수질에 걸쳐서 존재하는 침투압구배도 소실된다. 근위 세뇨관에서의 Na재흡수 억제 작용도 일부 가지고 있다. 다이아자이드와 같은 혈압강하작용도 나타낸다. 이뇨작용이 강력하며, 작용발현은 빠르고 지속은 짧다. 급성폐수종, 울혈성 심부전, 급성신부전 등의 응급시나 사이아자이드가 작용하지 못하는 만성신부전 등에 유효하다. 직접적 부작용은 적지만 강력한 이뇨작용으로 인한 탈수나 전해질 평형이상에 주의를 요한다.
