Monoiodine Tyrosine Eine Vorstufe des Schilddrüsenhormonsyntheseschrittes, der als Bestandteil von Thyroglobulin in der Schilddrüse vorliegt. MIT, das freigesetzt wird, wenn Schilddrüsen-Globulin zusammenbricht und Schilddrüsenhormon freisetzt, wird durch das Enzym deiodiert, so dass es im normalen Blut (im Blut) nicht nachgewiesen ist. Wenn es jedoch ein angeborener (abgereicherter) Iodenzymmangel ist, wird es zusammen mit Diiodtyrosin (DIT) und dergleichen in das Blut (Blut) ausgeschieden. 모노요오드타이로신 갑상선호르몬합성단계의 전구체(前驅體)로서, 갑상선내에는 타이로글로불린의 일부로서 존재한다. 타이로글로불린이 분해되어 갑상선호르몬이 분비될 때 유리(遊離)되는 MIT는 효소에 의해 탈(脫)요오드되므로 보통 혈중(血中)에서는 증명되지 않는다. 다만, 선천성(先天性)탈요오드효소결핍증 등일 때, 디요오드타이로신(DIT)등과 더불어 혈중(血中)에 분비된다.
