WHAT DOES ANGULAR FREQUENCY MEAN IN ENGLISH?

Angular frequency

In physics, angular frequency ω is a scalar measure of rotation rate. It refers to the angular displacement per unit time or the rate of change of the phase of a sinusoidal waveform, or as the rate of change of the argument of the sine function. Angular frequency is the magnitude of the vector quantity angular velocity. The term angular frequency vector is sometimes used as a synonym for the vector quantity angular velocity. One revolution is equal to 2π radians, hence where: ω is the angular frequency or angular speed, T is the period, f is the ordinary frequency .

Definition of angular frequency in the English dictionary

The definition of angular frequency in the dictionary is the frequency of a periodic process, wave system, etc, expressed in radians per second.
