Definition of snood in the English dictionary
The first definition of snood in the dictionary is a pouchlike hat, often of net, loosely holding a woman's hair at the back. Other definition of snood is a headband, esp one formerly worn by young unmarried women in Scotland. Snood is also a long fleshy appendage that hangs over the upper beak of turkeys.
