Bivouac
A bivouac is a rudimentary camp allowing to spend the night in full nature. In developed countries the bivouac is most often practiced during outdoor activity, for example during hiking several days but this practice exists since the appearance of homo sapiens. For many nomadic peoples in the world the bivouac is still a current mode of accommodation. Even if the bivouac often requires the use of a tent, sleeping without protection, commonly known as "sleeping under the stars", is also part of the bivouac, as is eating outdoors.
