Philosophize
Philosopher is a verb whose meaning may be ambiguous: in a proper sense it refers to reflection on causes in a general conception of the world as a result of the love of knowledge. In the derived sense, it can mean an art of living well. It thus designates both a representation of a contemplative type or an activity more engaged in the life truly human. The activity of philosophizing therefore concerns both moral and political action, and our means of knowing. How is this a specificity of philosophical activity?
