Apple
The apple is a kind of jam made with cider apples and cider. The apple is traditionally cooked in Upper Brittany, Normandy, Maine as well as in the Channel Islands. This butter of the poor could replace butter or sugar in the poor families of the countryside. It was largely produced until the Second World War before production declined.
